Jean Paul helped us through the house buying process. He was very accommodating when it came to showings and was always direct and honest with us, providing his insight upon request. While we ultimately decided to not purchase a home, Jean Paul did not pressure us into making a decision we were uncomfortable with. Light-hearted and personable, I would recommend Jean Paul.

We can’t sing Jean-Paul’s graces enough! He did such a wonderful job helping us get our first home. Jean-Paul is the real deal! He's helped us with several things: purchasing income property, finding tenants for income property, and purchasing a new main residence. In every adventure he's been supportive, informative, and honest with his thoughts and ideas. We moved from Virginia to New Orleans at the end of 2019, and closed on a wonderful property in Old Algiers Point in January 2020. Jean-Paul Villere was recommended by a local contact in New Orleans. We started the process with Jean-Paul in May 2019. He made himself available via video chat and was extremely helpful in getting us started. His interest, patience and engagement in our journey was excellent. He made himself available on our crazy schedule during a house hunting trip that we made in October 2019. His advice during the offer, sales contract, inspections and closing process was extremely helpful, as we weren’t physically present for most of these activities. Even though Jean-Paul was not present for the closing, he stayed in constant contact with us during his Christmas vacation to make sure that everything went as planned. We are so excited to be in New Orleans and we could not have done it without Villere Realty and Jean-Paul!
